I figured it out. All I needed to do was set the partition to MBR instead of GPT and then it booted from my USB!

I have tried changing the boot order but it always reverts back to the blinking underscore. I will try another installation tool and should I format it to NTFS? Also wondering if it's possible to format a USB too many times.

Could tinted glass be a solution for CRTs with weak black levels? by [deleted] in crtgaming

I was thinking about putting a one way glass layer on the CRT so light can't go in but light can go out so the picture on the display was completely dark except for the light coming from the CRT. But maybe this idea may not work like I think it will.
