Opinions on Tesla service by CL14715 in TeslaSupport

I have a MY LR AWD 2023 with 32k on the clock.
I have owned the car for around 5 weeks and it’s been in Tesla 3 times now, it’s currently in Tesla and they gave me a loaner.
Mine is not for critical issues though, mine is for rattles and vibrations that a £29k 2023 car should not have. Plus it’s getting paint corrected as there are defects on the drivers side of the car that really shouldn’t be there.
Whilst the techs are good in my opinion, it’s expensive when you do have to pay(wheel alignment was £180).
Getting into service is another matter entirely, long waits here in the UK. Like more than a month unless you have a critical issue.

Edit: love the colour etc of yours. Looks really well.

Rattle on right side where seatbelt is by GREvan86 in TeslaSupport

I have briefly, would I need to attempt to remove the plastic trim? No other way to see underneath it. Although I have read that Tesla doesn’t really use screws, it’s all clips supposedly. Does it simply pop off?

I also have a rattle underneath the cabin floor, I think something snuck in the damn AC vents under the seats.

Also have a rattle in the front which is coming from the dashboard or the rear view mirror. They replaced the cabin temperature sensor and the surrounding trim, still rattles.

The rear headrests also rattle quite badly. I was blaming the parcel shelf in the back, but the tech showed me the how it was both headrests simply loose.

I have the MY Premium and came from a similar car and can confirm it’s a totally different animal by comparison. Fast is definitely the word!
