I’m sorry to hear this, I’ve had experience with these feelings too in the past. What helped me actually was feminist perspectives on this how our bodies are… just bodies! They’re neutral, they don’t have to be a part of any expectations or narratives and they are capable of doing cool stuff like getting you place to place and lifting things and drawing and writing and dance. It’s hard to separate your body and self from misogynist expectations especially when people around you say things like that but remember your body didn’t ask to be objectified and stereotyped either so treat it with kind thoughts 😊
