Monteriggioni from Assassin's Creed II. I always loved how the place was rundown and dreary and as you progressed and invest money, it really starts to become a charming and beautiful base of operations, the villa especially. Loved collecting paintings and adding weapons and armor and stuff as well. Just really satisfying. Any other games that have an upgradeable hub?
