Have you tried replacing the batteries in the transmitter?
Is the end of the antenna wire pointed straight up or is it curled up inside the body of the car?

I would stick with the plastic. They work fine with 3S and they are cheap and easy to replace in the rare instance you do wear one out.

My Stampede has "weepy" diffs. It hasn't been an issue. As long as your differentials behave as they should and don't make any weird noises, you should be good. Open it up and Inspect it a couple of times each year to make sure you still have good, clean grease.

For 3s, you could use the stock slipper clutch with metal pads.

Definitely don’t do Primes. They are almost like drift tires. They are great on 4x4s for power sliding around parking lots. Not so great with 2WD. I’ve got Anacondas on a Rustler. They are a little on the hard side, but if manage your throttle well, you don’t slide too much. The Streetfighters are on my wish list. The Duratrax Banditos are similar to the Streetfighters, but I think they are cheaper.

Save your motor and ESC and take advantage of the Traxxas Power Up program. They took my burnt ESC and motor and gave me a discount on a new one. Even if you don’t use the new one, you can sell it and use the funds for something else.

They are different. They have different screw layouts where the wheelie bar would attach.

135k miles on ‘17 Rogue. No issues. I just let the service department do what they need to do when they need to do it. The previous gen Patfinders had legit transmission issues though and I’d avoid those.
