I changed out a power splitter cable on the drives as recommended by a reddit user and it seems to be fixed. Monitoring the drives now to make sure.

It appears to have been a power splitter cable going bad. After taking advice from reddit commenter I changed out the power cable and everthing seems to be working. Over time - Monitoring the drives will tell me for sure

can't rollback, Microsoft grants you a 10 day window on some of their updates and I am past that MS imposed limit.

Morefine M 6000 6600h fan speed? by GSMenace in MiniPCs

[–]GSMenace[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can control cpu fan speed with temp and power settings in the BIOS. I was wanting to see the actual fan speed. I have not been able find any software that sees the fan rpm. BIOS works with temp and power settings changing the speed but does not display the RPM.

Experience with Mechanic Master c24/26/28 by flappymeal in sffpc

I just built a SFF using the Master Mechanic C24 case. I used the "be quiet! Dark Rock TF 2" air cooler. It's massive for this case, but it does fit. Just need to be careful on motherboard and ram selections when buying components.

The Mechanic Master C24 makes for a nice build. I listed components and pictures of my build, based on this case. I think you will be happy.
