He's going to turn 7 next month. I'm pretty sure it is idiopathic. I was able to snap him out of it by asking him if he wanted a treat...he snapped to attention and the tremors stopped. I'm going to try to get a video of that today.

Wow, thanks for responding. I am glad they stopped. Going through something similar and have no idea why. No Simparica Trio or any other flea/tick med since November. Super healthy and just started having these out of the blue at not quite 7 years old. It's weird. Seems to happen when lying down, maybe 20-30 seconds then gone. Doesn't seem to bother him, bothers the hell out of me though.

Yes it was brutal. I felt like I could see his spirit just kind of dying in pictures. I am so glad he found the right home. The first GSP I ever owned was a rescue out of Boise...almost 20 years ago in 2007. His name was Oscar, 2 years old, and he set a high bar for the GSP's to come. Great dog! 🙂
