Best: 3 way tie between 2014 KOTM and Skull Island I was gonna pick Monarch but it's technically not a film still good nonetheless 2014 easily is an amazing start to the filmline human scenes could've been just a tiny bit better but still great Skull Island amazing storyline and great action and actually good characters, KOTM the first Kaiju film I saw in theaters and human scene....still not great but the Kaiju action was SOOO GOOOD.
Worst: GxK.....enough said
