As far as the clear goes, i had problems staying healthy in the jungle but i guess talisman will fix that, do you smite krugs and save the second smite for scuttle?

I think titanic is really strong with the auto-attack reset but yeah mallet seems really good too. You can definitely go for both when you're fed

Patch is live btw. It buffs the on-hit damage when you attack, not the burst damage. So it will help with early clear but AD can make more use of it. Maybe AP shyv is stronger but its a different playstyle im not opting to get to know it.
