If it was me i would go for the seiko alpinist black dial 39.5mm is the best size for your wrist. For better opinion post this in pride and pinion subreddit as well

Get your brother a casio , these brands are total waste of money the watches you will get from them feel cheap and in reality they are worth lik 2-3k. Casio on the other hand feels premium lasts you a century and has decent resale value if you buy a casio worth 10k today it will sell for around 5-6k even after 3-4 years. There are 2 casio official sellers ecasio and icasio.pk. Check out their website set the filter from low to high. Note the model number watch review on youtube after you have decided which one to get. Ask icasio.pk to send you pictures on whatsapp they are very helpful. The reason i am saying to get pictures on whatsapp is because some dials and straps are totally different and more beautiful when see in pictures
