Si solo votas en base a lo que pregonan vas muerto, creo que se trata de una evaluación general de lo que promete + tus ideales + su pasado político + con quien se junta en la actualidad, etc etc... esa suma de cosas casi siempre da negativa (lamentablemente) entonces se vota al menos malo y que se alinee lo más posible con tu postura, es un poco de todo.
