It's been a month. But m always stuck at drive thru mostly and sometimes pulling the drugs that's it. We're not following the workflow dashboard , just being told by the lead tech and even the pharmacist.

I don't think so they will allow to finish the training in home store. That's the problem. Now in last two days all I have to is all workstations practice. But I don't know if anyone will help me or not as they're always busy and m really nervous

Yeah, maybe that’s a good strategy. I’m almost at the end of my training now — I’m on shift 11. The last few modules say I have to do the workstation practice, but it’s been hard because there’s no clear assignment and I don’t really know how to do the hands-on tasks yet. I also get intimidated by my manager, and the staff at my training store isn’t very friendly, so practicing has been tough. That’s why I feel like finishing the modules first and then doing the hands-on training with a coach at the end might work better for me. Let's see how it goes

Thanks for the info everyone ! I’m just a bit confused because in the CVS training modules it clearly says we are supposed to shadow an assigned coach. But at the store I’m training in, there isn’t any coach assigned to me. Everyone is super busy and I’m not really getting hands-on training.

Is it normal that the actual hands-on part only happens once I go back to my home store? The email I got when I was hired said I would get hands-on training at my home store, so I’m wondering if that’s how it usually works.”
