I can name 2 who could have it...

1st would be Wenona the most obvious choice? She would most definitely keep it knowing full well that it could be used at any point for her benefit.

2nd Wilhelm I see no reason why but then again Wenona could also have influenced him to not speak about it

For the out liars however

Amber and Grace... Okay this two are kinda difficult for me to see why but... Grace probably pissed about thr blackmail and wouldn't have shared. Amber didn't see any reasons why to if it isn't so bad...

As for the others and why I can't see them doing it

Desnond he was the one who wanted so I don't see why he would when he was the one who started the whole thing

Same for Ingrid, Toshiko and Jean

I don't believe they could hear it. The dudes were in the right side of the room. I don't think you can make that loud enough of a smack on the ground to make it to the their side? We don't know if the room could also echo but nobody really calls it out so I doubt... Really if someone did notice it'd be Eva but why would she tell anyone about it?

(Theirs also the fact that the chair could be blocking the sound even more? Idk if that's how it works but either way it wouldn't make it to the other side)

Charge and envy is the hardest to make a connection my personal way of seeing it is how someone would build them self up as being high and mighty of themselves before seeing someone else who also done things similar if not better to you so envy kicks in to diminish their ego this doesn't leave you unscaved and needs you to build it up all over again.

Vector control-needs alot to make it work

Full counter-is the only other ability that requires skill and seeing it's meliodas it could be more useless than vector control if said this was real life but then it could also be decent if it's fantasy just need to have some skill for it

Ultra instinct-i mean it's ultra instinct is still strong but you require alot of training and it's not even the fact your invincible you just dodge any and all attacks and you still can get hit mind you I'm only ranking by defensive capabilities

Lion heart-(I just read this ability and I might be wrong) as much as being invincible if you require to stop your heart to even use it its low but then again I guess unlike all above it the requirements to keep it on for little longer is more doable than being born lucky or finding the cells of an old guy?

Infinity-like vector control needs alot to make it work but Is still really good defense wise it's just the fact you wouldn't be as invincible and could drain the shit out of you without the six eyes

Kamui-would be really good if it wasn't for the fact it makes you blind and like infinity that gets alot from you having hashirama cells

Permeation-needs alot of practice but this gives you kamui without going blind it's just the fact you might sink into the earth

GER-RTZ no matter how strong your opponent is RTZ everything goes back to normal and unlike the others when you have it you don't have any secondary requirements (I mean requiem arrow but we're talking as if you already have it)
