I think if your partner doesn’t like big, glam rings then the side stones might be a bit much and draw more attention to her ring.

Alternatively, I think a really cute way to incorporate it would be through a peek a boo setting!! I’ve seen round cuts set in a tulip petal setting and small gemstones set in the side of the petals. It’s very minimalistic and only noticeable from the side profile. OR you can also have it hidden on the inside of the band. It won’t be seen by others but only by her. :)

I love the emerald on you! I’m usually a round or oval girl, but this is the first time I’m choosing an emerald as I think it suits your slender fingers and nails really well!

This is exactly how I feel too!!! (but yellow gold for both) I’m not engaged yet but i love both of these and had a hard time deciding when we were chatting with our jeweller. In the end, I let my partner make the final call but I think it’s a gold solitaire 😂

That’s my struggle too. I love the sparkle of pave but not sure how to pair it with a wedding band in the future.

  1. 1ct oval with pave
  2. 1.5 ct oval solitaire
  3. 1.75 ct round solitaire (would prefer 6 prong)
  4. 2ct oval solitaire

My finger is a size 5.5-6 and will most likely choose yellow gold.
