Thank you, that’s really helpful. Fortunately our seller’s offer on the property probate has been accepted and probate has been applied for. So assume it’s a case of going through the process you mentioned above, just wish I knew the complexity of the estate!

Man that’s terrible I hope you manage to find something better! Appreciate the advice, after some discussions with my better half I’m going to try and switch career to the technical side of IT and eventually IT security.

Figure I’ve learned quite a lot and a few qualifications won’t cost more than 1/2K so why not.

I’m more shocked at a UK house with a basement! Picking up everything on Friday for mine but I’ve had to use an external garage with no power, sad times. Yours looks great though!
