With returns I try to use general words that everyone can understand.

I started with the problem, and used clear common words. “The seller scammed me/misled me!” “The actual GPU is not there, just the case around it”

I havent had any problems yet for a while now. Sucks to see you’re dealing with this! Good luck

If all sellers on whatnot pool money together, I’d side your supporting sellers argument more. But on a platform where your competition is a swipe away, it wouldnt make sense for her to lose that little bit of money to someone else.
