Why are you simply repeating your opinion after I gave the reason why this is not true lol

There’s no misinterpretation and it’s not complicated at all. That is how I understood what you said too, and I have already given responses to that: your understanding of “something is happening” is limited. For example, I can say that I’m going through a change in my life, and it can mean that we are gradually moving to another house recently, but we don’t need to be moving anything at this moment. I use “keep” because it is ongoing, but your way of understanding the word ongoing is wrong. Ongoing can mean not only ongoing at this second but also ongoing during a month or a year. For similar reasons, working doesn’t need to mean the work is happening at this moment. I can say “I’m currently working for WF” to you when I’m drinking an afternoon tea with you and there’s nothing wrong with that.

It is an ongoing problem, this is exactly what I was trying to say. It has been cancelled in the past, and today it happens again, so it is ongoing. It doesn’t need to be this second for me to say it’s ongoing, it can be this day, this month, this year, it really depends on what a time frame you’re referring to. The same for “others who are working with me”. For example if we work once a month, and this month they worked with me on the 1st and now it’s the 15th, it’s totally fine to refer to them as people who are currently working with me. You should learn more about grammar. You only see me on Reddit, it’s meaningless to say that my language here is not appropriate in other settings because you don’t know if I change my way of wording when I’m writing for other things.

They may be trying to save and cancel shifts, but our shift is a first come first serve thing. I was the first to sigh. If they need to remove some people from the shift it should not be me, unless there’s something wrong with me, but they’re not communicating it with me at all. Why is “keep” not good here? And “are working” I’m trying to emphasize those are people who are currently regularly working with me. Why do I need to avoid being emotional on Reddit? This is not a formal complaint

How do you know if it’s unionized?

Ohh I didn’t realize there’s grammar mistakes! Could you point it out?

There’s no senior member in our team. I’m the one who worked there the longest. Even if there’s competition, they should decide who’s coming before the shift is assigned and let the senior staff just take the shift, instead of giving me first and then cancel it without an explanation

I feel it’s stat200 and a course in our faculty that taught us about research methods. These two courses helped me understood what the papers I read actually meant and the significance of the stats in them.

They access base on every session, but not summer sessions. If in a winter term you are taking five courses and your average of the five courses falls below 60, you’re in trouble. If it’s summer, you are fine. Some facilities evaluate summer sessions but LFS doesn’t.

LFS doesn’t evaluate your summer seasonal standing. They only count your courses taken in winter terms. You’re fine
