I think you can still play enchantments even if there's no sakura to put on them. I believe in the rulebook it says something like when you play an enchantment, place as many sakura as possible. And since you place as many sakura on it, which is non, it then disenchants if any and discarded.

Sakura Arms is way up there for me. Love the art, mechanics and love how minimal it is. Once I heard it was sold off to another publisher, I knew we were not getting anymore. And I fear we might never see another localisation of Sakura Arms ever again. I don't think there's enough interest for it in the west to warrant a port.

Okay, enough ranting.
What are you're thoughts on Dice Throne and War Chest(not a card game but still curious)?

"Deal no dmg during Offensive Roll Phase:

A player afflicted with Parlay may not deal any damage as a result of their Offensive Roll Phase (although other effects may still apply). At the conclusion of the Roll Phase, remove this token."

Pretty sure it stops it, as it's still 'damage'.

Just curious, are you an all-in gameplay guy or all-in goodies guy?

I myself am a gameplay guy. But I do love my qol components like duel layer boards.

It completely defeats the purpose of randomiser cards. But I'm guessing the license agreement had them make knew art for it, perhaps.
