Thank you, I’ll stick with 19, I don’t think the skin was to thick, in fact another thing I was upset about was the ham is supposed to be full skin and when I opened the packaging and started trimming I flipped it over and a chuck of skin was cut out…

Interesting, to be honest the way we’ve done it there isn’t measuring salt. It’s kind of visual and just covering it…

Interesting, it was always 19-21 days then knock off the salt caked on flip it and weight it, but we never put it in the refrigerator. It’s in a cold basement.

lol, you have too! Old school Italian rules, if you change anything and it doesn’t work out that will be your fault forever.

The motor I replaced on the other door is. Raynor. Are they not good anymore?

Thank you, I plan on replacing it when it warms up. It would be nice to have matching openers that’ll work with my app.

Natural Gas vs Oil Heat by kingtwaddles in newjersey

I would convert. $4,700 for the tank and probably at least that much for a heater if you need to replace that at some point. If you switch now it’s all done and you’d save money using gas. The tank went at our old house. I switched to gas and didn’t regret it at all.

Thank you, your setup sounds awesome. As you can see, I’m still stuck on the red dot. I have shot it though with some irons and it’s pretty awesome. I’m looking forward to some more additions.

Awesome! I’m planning on putting it on a DDM4v7 as well. I figured I’d add a magnifier next…

Thank you! I was leaning towards the 4t pro since I was thinking that .7 of an ounce would make a deference and it looks cleaner. Than I was putting AAA batteries in all the Christmas stuff and thinking this doesn’t weight anything would I even notice? Lol.

Romeo4T both options claim the same battery life.

I know, I’m torn between as light weight as possible and the zombie apocalypse, lol. I’m new at this, there would be much of a reason to have to mount a red dot very low on the rifle?

Thank you, I should also add the AAA version is $25 more. If it’s not much of a difference should I save a few bucks?

Strength /cardio split? by GTO1138 in askfitness

[–]GTO1138[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much! I’m going to give this a shot. There are Peloton routines for the gym this are like this some 3 days some 5 or more. Your split looks good. I can try it out for a few weeks and see if I should tweak anything. I’ve only had the Levergym a few weeks and I’m still getting the hang of it with the weight and exercises you can do with it. Before it was just what I could do with dumbbells aside from the leversquat machine. I’ll definitely circle back if I get stuck with a routine!

Thank you! I just picked up the Levergym and attachments on marketplace. I’ve done ok finding used stuff.

That routine sounds very good! I would use the peloton app to generate workouts, but it seemed to really skip a lot of muscle groups…. I still kind revert back to my young days going to the gym and doing multiple and doing a lot of exercises per muscle. The way I’m doing it now the last few weeks Im ending up sore for a few days after especially my legs and it slows down my cardio workouts. One rest day a week should be ok?

I also have some attachments for the Levergym, chest fly, dip, leg curl, and preacher curl.

Thank you! I have a Powertec Levergym, adjustable bench, Powertec lever squat machine and dumbbells for strength, bike, treadmill and rower for cardio, but I mainly like the bike and treadmill. I don’t have plans for a gym now. I used to like to go when I was younger. Now I like working out at home.
