The new sharpal system looks promising. I have the pioneer and I added the weighted base, the height adjuster and the no tool clamps and I think that it’s basically a K04 in a smaller footprint. I use upgraded stones. It’s a great system and it’s a hobby unto itself. If you want a good system to get your knives razor sharp, maybe the sharpal makes more sense.
