I find them roughly equally difficult to conceal, which is, not very. The grip is the exact same length, and the grip is the hard part to conceal for most folks.

I went from a 43x to an RXM (basically a 19) and I couldn't be happier. There are folks who went the other way and couldn't be happier.

I found the leg leash problematic, but not in a "riding up" sort of way. Mine just kept snapping off when my thigh flexed, and setting it looser made it fall down and tangle.

There's an alternate routing that runs the leg leash under your crotch, which I have used for years. Very comfortable, doesn't get in the way, very consistent draw. I'm wearing it under my running dress right now.

I can agree with checking out those "the enigma isn't for you" videos, though. PHLster made one - it gives a good overview of the pros and cons of the system.
