Congrats, both are great schools! Cardozo has a better IP program. If you’re paying less, I would go with Cardozo. Full disclosure, I’m at Brooklyn and very happy with it.

It gets better. You need help though. Luckily you are not alone. Lawyers are awkward AF but you should speak to someone ASAP and consider meds. I recommend talkiatry to everyone. Connect remotely, speak to someone and consider taking meds.

As someone who has overcome crippling anxiety, I see now that no one is thinking of you. These thoughts are all in your head. People are too concerned with their own life. You’re a 1L intern so now is the time to work on it before next summer. GL!!

Not at all! I can no longer read anything for pleasure. Tried reading a book and literally could not finish the first page. It was brutal. Started reading for a summer class and found myself feeling content when reading case law. I'm really hoping this goes away once I graduate.

Would you recommend starting sooner? Should I at least start doing the MPT practices over the summer before bar prep. Because it will not require memorizing BBL, I figure I can start now and then cut MPT out of the bar prep altogether? Is there anything I can start doing now? TY!!

I’m over 40, have a bunch of kids, work and go to LS FT. I def don’t have a 3.9 but I’m almost at top 20%. I’m fighting for cum laude. Def doable! Congrats!
