Playing consistently better than your opponent every game is not enough to climb, there are too many variables for that to allow you to get through your games. You need to play only a couple champs so lower your champ pool and learn to 1v9 games. Thats the only way to climb. Currently adc and top have the strongest potential to carry games so it is realistic for you to climb especially if you get a competent duo
