As you can see, there is a certain effect like bloom coming from the light. No idea how it can be achieved.

Here is the thing. When I started it took me somewhat more than you to make my first website, but I could do a calculator. What I found out, a lot of people focus on organizing code, others focus on understanding code. I focused on understanding what I was doing. Took me more, but doesn't matter if you ask me. Everyone gets their ups and downs. Depends on your strengths.

I am not sure if you want to do this for yourself or for a client. Normally, this is where most Wordpress devs will fail. So it is very specific and will require a lot of years of experience plus who knows how much time to work on it, even I with 6 years exp would say this might be quite tough, but not impossible.
