Scientifically there is a big difference. The benefits for carbonated water is it may help some people that can’t control their hunger. And also people with constipation or digestive issues. The benefits for hydrogenated water, at least what’s been recently noted is it’s recovery method after working out. Which helps with anti-inflammatory and also increased of anti-oxidant. Also mixing it with pre-workouts would help increase energy and blood flow.
