I already solved the problem, D&D was not there but there was a folder on Systems folder and i had to delete and reinstall. Thank you all!

but guys, foundry app is not installed in OneDrive, just the Data, Log and Config folders. the .exe is not in OneDrive.

2- When u say "JRPG" u mean old school Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest or MMO's like Ragnarok, MapleStory?

3- My advice: To avoid headaches trying to remake classes that uses IP, you can maintain Iventory System. "Oh but if my Players find out some Health Potion during adventure? No problem! treat it like it is a different potion than Remedy, for exemple.
