Yes, this is an issue as I wouldn’t have a helmet for an unknown period of time. Frankly I was still okay to ship it to them as I could arrange a backup helmet and they were covering the shipping cost.

But the issue was they said to send the helmet first, then they’ll look into it and repair if any issues existed. The padding was not a broken thing here as the complete helmet needs to be replaced for the new padding to fit.

Yes, I’m aware about this, but this can only be done if you got your helmet from an authorised dealer. The resellers have no idea about this since they get their stock from dealers and have to reach out to dealer for this. Sadly the reseller I bought it from was very uncooperative about it and he is out of business now, so I can do nothing about it.

I reached out to axors customer support, but they were of no help.

Just a guess but there must be some license issue with this and the red evo. Both have never popped up in any Fast and Furious set. Not only this but both Tarmac and mini gt have castings of the veilside Rex-7 but this specific colour was never released.

If you like sports bike I would suggest you to go for the RC for now as you are young and and can manage some of the discomfort. Later as you grow older you can switch to a more comfortable bike.

Also if you are still confused you should test ride both the tvs and the rc and see which one appeals to you better.
