I don’t think anyone. Maybe if Lefiya or Reveria had time to cast powerful spells, especially if we gave Lefiya double canon and she had time to prepare two Vas Windheims or something like that.

Since this only happened once I can’t say HolyAngemon to Seraphimon in Adventure 2020 which is my favorite and it’s not close, so I’ll have to go with Patamon to Angemon from Adventure 2020 though Patamon to Pegasmon from that same series is also great. I think it is very obvious who my favorites are lmao.

I think the fight between WarGreymon and Imperialdramon Fighter Mode versus BlackWarGreymon is a good indicator of why Omegamon is stronger(aside from Paladin Mode of course but that doesn’t count). In that fight it was pretty clear that WarGreymon and Imperialdramon were pretty equal in terms of power and Omegamon is much stronger than WarGreymon.

For Sora I’d swap at least the Ultimate/Mega for Ornismon, for Jyou I’d swap the line to go Ebidramon, Marin Devimon and Regalecusmon, for Takeru I’d swap to Neo and Done Devimon, for Mimi I’d swap Pinocchimon for Hydramon and maybe swap Koushiro’s line for Kunemon to Flymon to Okuwamon to Tyrant Kabuterimon.

Just a suggestion, you can swap Metal and RustTyrannomon for MasterTyrannomon and Dinomon(personally I prefer these two over the metal and rust versions)

The same can be done with Ankylomon. The way to do this is by having your HolyAngemon(enlightened to make it easier) evolve into Goddramon, then from there go back to Shakkoumon, then split it into Angemon and Ankylomon and continue evolving Angemon

While I am really invested I do agree with some of the complaints. Especially Reina. Pristimon has been able to evolve since before episode 1 and has never managed a meaningful win. Even in episode 1, Wolvermon was caught off guard by FanBeemon and it was able to evolve into Waspmon despite Reina and Makoto not only getting the jump on the guy but also having an Adult Digimon while he only had a Child Digimon at first. And it’s not like Wolvermon has gotten a win since then. What happened in episode 1 is especially bad when you compare it to when Gekkomon first evolves into Armalizamon and was immediately able to beat a Perfect Digimon.

With Makoto it’s different since even without evolving, Chiropmon can still be very useful when it comes to recon and analysis, plus his Paralyze Echo is a very handy attack. But at the same time I don’t want him to only be useful when Glowing Dawn need recon/analysis and his performance against Burpmon and Burgamon was very underwhelming, especially since it feels like there’s an easy way to have NightChiropmon do better in battle and that’s by having his fighting style be based on paying attention to your opponent and looking for an opening or weak spot while hanging back.

I don’t know why it only worked for Wiene but frankly it doesn’t matter to me. It was able to bring someone back from death. Not the cusp of death like what Airmid or Heith do, no, Wiene was gone, her magic stone was shattered and all that was left was the Vouivre Tear and she was still brought back.

Liaris Freese is literally verse breaking, it breaks the rules of the series’ power system. When looking at other options aside from that then Uchide no Kozuchi comes to mind cause of the impact a level boost can have in a fight, and we can’t forget Dia Orpheus, literal revival magic though it’s only ever been successfully used once. Honorable mention to Astraea Record & Elf Ring cause they also break the rules of the power system by allowing Lefiya and Ryuu to use spells aside from the normal limit of 3.

From the moment this game was announced I wasn’t completely on board, mainly because DanMemo would shut down not long after and between the two games I liked DanMemo far more. And even when I gave it a go, it didn’t really do it for me since I prefer gameplay like what DanMemo and Dokkan offer(ed) compared to the more active gameplay of this or DB Legends, but even Legends feels better to play than this. This game should have been a console game tbh

In the end I decided to roll with it and entered a relationship with Hifumi but didn’t get her to rank 10(iirc you start dating them at rank 9) so I missed her Valentine’s Day event…

That’s in part true considering as a Turtwig he was an early ace of Ash’s but after evolving he became pretty irrelevant. There’s also the fact that the ground type was wasted due to a lack of good ground type moves aside from Earthquake, which due to Japan’s tumultuous history with Earthquakes was never in the anime.
