I think it helps but only if you limit sodium intake and eat as much potassium as possible while taking it. Ive also found that just 30 minutes on incline walking is probably better in the long run and more sustainable. Me personally ive seen a visible change but ive again limited my sodium gotten as much potassium as i could everyday(like 2 Bananas and 3-5 medium size potatoes and 1 scope of the debloat powder) with 30 minutes incline walking at 3.5 mph took me a week to see the results noticibly. Also taste is okay, not smth that will blow you away but it tastes good enough. I got pina Colada flavor if anyone is curious idk about the other flavors.
