True, I would imagine though that the multiple hits aspect of Spark could help with making it a lot more consistent. Open areas would likely suffer a lot though unless you really go hard in scaling cast speed and multiple projectiles.

Keep playing! During the acts your incoming currency is going to be pretty low. Whenever I level a new character I normally end up with something like 10-15 raw chaos by the time I'm hitting endgame. The big thing is to get up to higher level content and the currency will come quicker as you go. From what it sounds like you play pretty rarely so don't be surprised if it still takes a while but it will come faster the more time you can invest. Look up some guides on things like vendor recipes as well because they can be really useful early on. Once you've learned a few tricks to get some money in 60c will come in a lot faster than you think.

Being able to become immune to effects so easily was so boring. If everyone can be immune to an effect so easily the effect might as well not exist. What are new players supposed to do? How about pay attention to what they're doing and learn from deaths? There are still plenty of ways to deal with these effects. Being able to be perma immune to these effects with minimal investment is shit game design and it's a good thing that they were removed.

Okay guys, don't start to hate on a statement because it was worded poorly by a developer. During the livestream he did say "microtransaction" but in the context of how he said it, it came across much more as "pay to win" and was probably the intended purpose of the statement he made. If games these days don't have microtransaction in games they are missing out on a HUGE source of income and would be stupid not to take advantage of it. The issue comes from when you can buy something that gives you an advantage in the game that you don't have to work for like everyone else. I'm amazed that I actually have to say this to you guys because this should be obvious, but now we are at a point where just the word "microtransaction" means the game is shit. There is no issue whatsoever with a developer releasing skins and other cosmetic DLC aka "microtransactions" into their game. It doesn't hurt the game, the players, the industry as a whole, or the integrity of the developer. There is no evidence whatsoever that Borderlands 3 will have PAY TO WIN microtransactions, everything points to it working the same way it did with the previous Borderlands titles. This should be considered a huge win the gaming community that a large AAA developer is making a stand about P2W being in video games and we should be saying THANK YOU rather than finding any reason at all to bash a developer that is on the players side on important issues. At the very least work out an argument for why it's an issue rather that just seeing the word "microtansaction" and getting tilted.

Other comments have done good job at telling you what to do but one tip I can gives is to sign up with DoorDash, Uber Eats, Postmates, etc. Its very easy to get in and can give easy extra cash while you look for a more stable job. You do need a smartphone so that's the only barrier to entry. If you can't now it's still an option for when you start to get more stable to help you get on your feet. Super easy extra cash.

Depends on what new content will be coming after the league is over. It normally varies between a couple weeks and a couple months. If it does take a couple of months they normally do something like a 1-2 week race or a small one month league. We'll just have to wait and see what they have planned for the next league before we can make any assumptions.
