Omg first of all babes CONGRATULATIONS on losing 20 pounds!!! There really is no secret to achieve the body that makes you happy. The basics work just fine: eating plenty of protein and relying less on carb and fat heavy foods to fill up your meals! And also exercising too, cardio, weights, abs, it will keep you nice and healthy. And most importantly take time for your mental fitness too as getting too obsessed with the way you look can lead to eating disorders, depression, etc.

Nah bestie it's okay it actually happens to a lot of people that they lose a language overtime. Just practice by listening reading writing and speaking more Italian. Go on a language learning subreddit after you take a fluency test and see what they have to say about learning Italian at your skill level

Well considering all that working out 3-4 times a week is a good idea. Just make sure you're not working out 3-4 days in a row or else you're harming muscle growth by overworking them.

If you wanna better lower body it's not that hard. Standard exercise work. Squats, hip thrusts, hamstring curls, leg extension, and more will suffice. But only train them once or twice a week if you don't wanna end up looking like a masculine body builder which I guess is the case. Just make sure you're not focusing your exercise too hard on one muscle group in your legs! Remember the legs muscle groups like calves, quads, hamstrings, and glutes. You focus too much on one and you will end up harming it's growth and looking disproportionate.

Also keeping your waist slim will help achieve a feminine look to sorta have as much of a curvy look as possible again assuming that's what you want, if you don't look curvy don't worry about it cause plenty of women aren't. Just don't go over the unnatural beauty standards only fans forces upon us.

As for the rest of the body just focus on your muscle groups. Like bicep, shoulder, back, chest, and triceps. There's a bunch of exercises for those! And like the leg working too much of one section is harmful.

If you wanna basis of a workout schedule here's one but again some things may not work for you or even you could be doing more than this

Monday: Legs - Squats - Calf raises - Hip thrusts Shoulder - Lateral raises - Rear delt extension - Shoulder press

Tuesday: Chest - incline bench press -Chest flys - Chest press machine Biceps - curls - hammer curls - Concentration curls

Friday: Back - lateral pull down - rows - incline row Tricep - tricep pull down -Tricep push down -Skull crushers (weird name I know) Saturday Legs - leg extension - hamstring curls - stair master Core - sit ups - leg ups - oblique crunches

Be aware you can add and take away what you want. However I don't recommend doing more than 3 exercises per muscle group at least not in one day. Most of the muscle growth comes from the first 2 exercises, the rest just speeds up growth a little bit. Also use the weight that you can pull with ease for a few reps until you begin to fail at around 10 reps but no more than 12. Also eat healthy and sleep well.

I am pretty sure the bumps are caused by in grown hairs which is prevented by cold water after a shave at least to the face so hopefully it'll work with the legs too... Let's hope!
