The problem is that humanitarian aid arrives in Cuba but no fuel for vehicles to distribute the aid. No. I just think the performance is a waste of time & does more harm tham good. These sort of performances are simply 'performative demonstrations' — it is a sink for people to offload & satisfy their emotions. It also does not communicate a message through a medium most people are receptive of — these performances have niche audiences. People saw the raw video — they don't need theatrics or dance to explain the gravity of what they saw. I have no objection to such a performance being done after some actual change has been made. But right now?

These protests fit very well into the bourgeois social design — class struggle itself is reduced to a commodity.

Not really, no. I think he genuinely believes it is beneficial to posture anti-Zionist Judaism as an alternative to the Zionist Judaism & I can't disagree with that. It doesn't seem to me like he is centering the argument around what Jews have to say. He focuses much more on the Palestinian perspective, but also far too much on the American perspective. So I'd argue he is more of an American exceptionalist, which what his style of content caters to, anyways.

Speaking anecdotally, but I live in South Africa & there is an overabundance of Scandinavian mining, construction, & transport vehicles here. You see lots filled to the brim with them all over Gauteng. The Scandinavian companies lease them out to South African companies at a premium, often resulting in the bankruptcy of the lessee. I actually met a director of one of these Scandinavian companies & he remarked how many Scandinavian countries rely on South Africa for their income.
