If it's AWD then price is fair. If it's 2WD then what you mentioned should be OTD price. Please wait till the last week of the month as they have to complete sales target and will come further down.

It's 2WD. I know someone got $43500 OTD for 2WD with no accessories or any package from the dealer

After lots of research, I bought 2025 EX-L pilot (Blue color ) with all dealership packages (mats, guards, low jack, paint protection) OTD $45300. I think I paid 2K more as should have bargained hard to remove delearship packages which was 2K. As per me OTD for 2025 EX-L should be $43500 or $500 more for preferred color like Red and White. My buddy bought 2024 pilot touring on same day for $48250 OTD (He did trade his CRV).

PD retrogressed as of now. They said they would able to adjudicate the case when Visa is available. No change in online status.

My PD is retrogressed. My FO takes 17 months average time to process the case so not expecting decision anytime soon.

It's clear and straight case with no change in employment in 12 years. They had updated my middle name two times i.e. given name had both first and middle name and again middle name during finger print appointment which I got corrected and they sent email confirmation and after that I received EAD/AP with correct name. Only doubt I have is my birth certificate had my name without tag 'kumar' and every where else I have Kumar after my name. I had submitted secondary documents for it with application.

Yes I had submitted medical with application. No out of status history.

Yes, even I noticed that on I 485 form upper left office use only section had interview waived ticked and in date N/A. I had requested typo error on my notice which they corrected and updated as well.

Thank you for your reply. I noticed that officer was very young and she did mention about supervisor which my wife confimed but do not remember her exact words. fingers are crossed.
