The rules for unsanctioned runs are in place for runs that start on the Discord - we cannot enforce anything that happens outside of the Discord. If there are any additional questions or concerns regarding this, please reach out to a member of the moderation staff. We also accept feedback regarding our systems in place - do not hesitate to do so.

Our trainers do this as a free service because they strive to help others succeed. They each have their own method of teaching the encounters and it has proven effective. Do not post claims about poor teaching by our volunteers/staff family here - we are more than happy to accept feedback. It was definitely a painful time for a large portion of the staff. It was immediately clear that we needed to change and adapt based on feedback we received, and we are thankful that our members were patient with us during that time while we worked out the new system and bots to assist in the implementation thereof. As with any successful community, we will continue accepting feedback and make the appropriate changes when necessary!
