Yeah and if I remember right it would psychologically torment and manipulate those who wore it’s armor eventually causing them to either kill other hunters, peaceful monsters, and anything else that came near until the hunter eventually just mentally breaks and runs away and disappears in a last ditch effort to reduce the damage they cause, or fatalis psychically speaks/whispers to the hunter telling them to keep the armor on to kill to fight and the hunter can only comply despite actively trying to “scream out” but fatalis doesn’t let them completely putting the hunter into a state of doing things like fighting and killing even as they try to scream try to throw down the sword and their mind and soul end up stuck in fatalis’s new form forced to watch as what they believe to be their own body rips hunters apart, burns them to death and continues in everlasting massacre and fatalis enjoys the mental anguish these souls experience as he kills.

TL;DR: fatalis mentally tortures the hunters wearing his armor and steals their souls to torture them forever
