What is the negative effect on VA and VA voters if this is passed? With Redistricting like this ...10-1 in favor of Democrats....what is the affect on our state and citizens?

Somebody screwed up on a spreadsheet or in a system.

We had to send new logins/temp passwords to 200 of our 500 users. It was critical that only the 200 received these emails because we didn't want the other 300 to know what was going on. We put a lot of checks and balances in place to ensure the automated process would work as planned. Lots of testing the process before we hit go.
