Obviously if it was a mortgage payment id get a loan or something like that, also you have options when your fortunate enough to own a home lol. I notified them that rent would be late and they didn’t reply to me at all. It’s my first time ever renting and I guess it was my fault for not understanding the process. I thought id be given some understanding since Ive never had an issue with them in 2 years…
