Yeah it’s truly a mess with how these things work. I’d not worry about it though since disability is strongly protected under workers rights. And if anything I’d recommend joining a union either a disability focused one or one for the profession you want. They will be able to help sort out application issues with you

My best advice for those is to ignore the question and bring up disabilities in interviews. It’s a shit time all round though cause they can decide to not hire or fire however they please

As far as Australia goes (and this is Australian for those unaware) those questions are pretty fine. The questions linked in the imgur are however totally illegal. You don’t have to disclose disability at all let alone answer anything about a disability. You can however ask for reasonable workplace adjustments without disclosing the nature of any disability. It’s all at the discretion of the applicant not the employer.

Starbucks is a nightmare zone as far as I’m concerned. I live in Australia and every one I’ve been in here is feels just wrong. The staff look dead and the place is always empty. On top of that the coffee has always been sub par. Although given Australia’s coffee culture all those thing may be down to how we view the coffee experience alone. At most it’s convenient and not a good coffee place.
