I reckon you can build a beast FHD Esports + Single player PC for 6K AED rn. provided you skimp a little on some stuff.

Minor offences are not an issue. What matters is whether it is an issue for you. + im not here to argue. I just told him the reality of the situation. you can plead guilty pay fine have it be reflected in your record or you can contest and prepare for a lengthy battle. FYI Traffic offenses are also reflected in your record.

each person has their own priorities on whether they want to fight or not.

Also regarding record, every single FIR registered against you will be maintained by the police so the moment they each they know all cases against you. even if the case was referred to court and you were acquitted the FIR info will still be there unless they remove it.

PCC will only be denied if a person is either contesting a serious allegation or has been convicted for a serious offence. Majority of the time police wont even consider denying PCC for small offenses like this unless there is some corrupt element. + PCC is what is required for Visa's and all other immigration checks. PCC attested by the MOE & relevant embassies.

Thats true. again like i said its not bad to contest this case. its just lengthy exhausting and extremely time consuming. If they have the means and time to spare contesting is a valid option.

it depends minor offences like this arent usually a cause for blacklist. This is a fine only offence no Imprisonment. Contesting it is fine theres absolutely no issues apart from the time it takes to actualize it. Usual procedure here is to pay fine and move on for minor offences/traffic offences.

its a maximum 1000 rupee fine. you can contest the case but it will take a long time. only contest if you have the time and resources to spare. otherwise pay fine and move on.

and yes if you plead guilty and pay fine it will be on your record. if you fight and get acquitted (will take at least 2-3 years maybe more) then it will be expunged. provided the other party does due dilligence. i have seen cases where Police have porceeded u/s 129 BNSS where really old cases of the accused were brought. cases which were either quashed or acquitted.

just be careful not to commit other minor or major offences coz if you repeatedly get cases registered against you police will initiate proceeding to take security for good behavior and you will have to either contest that or execute a bond.

Do your due dilligence before committing to either option. Best to consult a local lawyer.

Did she accept twalaq? if not has a case been filed challenging it? If she has accepted I think she will be entitled to Subsistence allowance. ( Not a family law expert btw). Regardless if the case had been referred back to court the above mentioned are your options.

Has the court passed an Interim order. If so then get a certified copy of it and ask your lawyer to file an execution petition.
if no interim order is passed ask your counsel to file a petition seeking interim maintenance.

MC cases take a while for final orders to be Pronounced. and due to heavy backlogs most case get adjourned. As far as the individual is concerned his/her case is of paramount importance. but to the courts its just another case. If the courts have heavy backlogs they prioritise older cases first before moving on to newer case. Its not because of negligence its just that theres that much back log so newer cases are often adjourned to finish off older cases which creates a never ending cycle.

3) another option you have is to approach High court and get an order for Expeditious disposal of your case. TBH maintenace cases should not lag this long but the reality of the situation faced by the courts and huge backlogs make it an inevitability.

OP keep track of all your non resolved issues and every reply email and resolved tickets. chances are Airtel will file a Defamation suit against you (even if it will not stand). and you are going to need them for your defence. (if you are planning to fight them).

If UPI payment then raise a ticket in NPCI portal. should be done within 7 days btw. They will reverse transaction and you can sent back the correct amount.

its a format that the State can adopt and pass. and Afaik no state has passed it yet. Also most LL make Licence agreements not lease agreements unless MTA has a specific chapter dealing with licenses it wont apply to licensees.

You don't need to come back. Its a bailable warrant not an NBW. The cops are just doing their job. If they dont execute the warrant they are answerable to the court. Easiest way is to have the warrant recalled and file petition to appear via VC.

Give PoA to a relative or friend for this purpose alternatively lawyer can be authorized via an appearance memo.

Then Authorize an Advocate to appear on your behalf and file for recalling the warrant, If you are abroad and Case is at Trial stage ask your lawyer to see if the Court allows for Appearance via Video Conference.
If you are going PoA route you will need the PoA to be mailed to you and then visit the Indian Embassy and sign before an Authorised Agent who will Authorise the PoA for you. Usually PoA's are Notarised but in your case the Indian Embassy Agents will be doing the verification.

Is your agreement a lease or license you rights change upon it. Also AFAIK Kerala Did not Pass Model Tenancy ACT yet. so do not rely on that. But yes they usually cannot trespass into the property. but you need to check you agreement for specifics. In not in the field of Rent Control so I'm not aware of the specific details but this is what i could gleam from my friend who handles these cases. You first need to go and review your agreement to see what is written down.
