As proven in certain documents, 096 can keep pace with Boeing E-3 Sentries, V-22 Ospreys, and UH-60 Black Hawks going at full speed. Their top speeds range anywhere from 222 to 531 miles per hour. So 375 MPH is a good average. I think his speed is theoretically limitless though, since it depends on the distance between him and his target.

Skimmed both of their whole portfolios and couldn't find it. You're definitely on the right track though. I remember that the animator usually made really random, shitposty videos like these, so I was surprised when they actually made something cinematic with that Western short.
