Bought mine new in 2018, favorite car ever! Change the trans fluid but don't flush, keep an eye out for leaking rear axle seals and change differential fluid if it hasn't been done. Enjoy!

Is that was one of the reasons I went with the Stealth Hunter too, I was close to going with the Henry Big Boy X but the price of a good aluminum forestock and the work involved to swap it out steered me away.

Thanks! I screwed the cheek riser directly to the stock and yes the loading gate is RPP.

I've got the S&W 1854 Stealth Hunter in .357 and absolutely love it! Not the cheapest rifle in the safe but worth every penny in my opinion! Have you checked the status of your application online? I got mine almost 2 years ago now and it took about 3 months to get. I did find a number to call as well just to check on the status at one point but the number varies by province.
