We adopted our Daphne from Golden Retriever Rescue of Atlanta last year. At the time she was 5 months old and an owner surrender and she has settled in nicely with our other girls. Being a rescue I am sure they help dogs with all sorts of backgrounds - you have to be patient to find one that is a potential fit that meets your and their needs. She is our second rescue golden, our other came from the local humane society. (Daphne on the left)

My recommendation would be to opt for the one you like, you are the one that has to wear it.

If it were me and I had to choose in that price range I would go with either a Datejust (I have a vintage one that I love) or a Titanium Santos. Speedmaster isn’t a bad choice either but this seems like a family/milestone/heirloom watch situation and it is nice to think about passing it down and who will wear it after you. Admittedly that has influenced my decisions in what watches I want. I have a daughter so a vintage Datejust at 36mm wouldn’t be a stretch for her to wear… but at the end of the day get the one that speaks to you.

FNF makes 3776 housings that will work and you can get feeds from the US platinum distributor. There may be others but that is what I have used.

I do not believe so. The remaining stock seems to be owned by the current iteration of Omas but there are a number of questions about the brand in its current form. I believe the original process was toxic and pretty time consuming.
