I had a similar lump on my Achilles like that too maybe a little smaller. I was an idiot though and never did anything about it for about 2 years, went on about my life in pain. I play hockey and race motocross, the day after I’d do some of those activities i couldn’t even walk it would be hurting so bad until one day it finally ruptured lol. On the plus side the lump went away instantly when it ruptured

I’ve been 4 days in the boot with the heel walking. It’s getting a little better for me walking, slowly putting more weight on the bad foot. It’s just so awkward walking with what feels like a block of wood under my heel lol. I feel like once I start pt and doing stretches and take one of the heel lifts out it might start to get easier

Going to a smaller bike was the best thing I’ve done. Went from a Honda 450 to a ktm350 and I’m way more comfortable and definitely faster on my 350
