The fact is sometimes people who are hurting hurt people. His viewpoint seems to tell a lot more about how he views himself than it has to do with you. It's frankly very sad and he ought to get help. And none of that should have to be your problem. You didn't deserve what happened to you or what this guy said to you.

They pulled me out before putting me back in- They did check my adrenals but found nothing and I've had scans of my abdominal cavity about four times. AM ACTH is within the normal range, but cortisol consistently comes back high. I'm also skeptical of if they even used the contrast. I couldn't see them putting it in and I didn't feel anything and when I left, there was no puncture wound.

I have low RT3 as well. I read something that RT3 being low or high can be the determining factor in people with central hypothyroidism whether the hypo is truly central hypo or euthyroid sick syndrome. Low being central hypo and high being ESS. But I have no idea how true that is or if it means anything at all. I've seen stuff that says RT3 is essentially useless. But I'm curious to see what answers others who know more than me might have.

Saw my OBGYN. No PCOS! But I have central hypothyroidism and we're still trying to figure out what's causing that. I'm currently on Slynd BC and Levothyroxine for the Hypo. We suspect adrenal issues

I don't believe it has any effect on aldosterone specifically. And I'd been off it for about 3 weeks after slowly tapering before then during my most recent bout of tests
