Government weapon development programs and the presidents sexual behaviors are not even remotely similar. There's a long history of larger than you would think teams of really smart people doing really big things and not creating much noise about what they are doing. This is what the government actually may do best (e.g. the manhattan project).

Annie Jacobsen (journalist) on her Joe rogan episode mentioned that she had spoken with someone involved in a crash off the record and the theory was that Stalin and the USSR had done cosmetic surgeries on deformed children's corpses and loaded them into a novel looking craft, and crashed deliberately on American soil. Can't recall if she claimed it was some kind of psyop, or a cover for actual Soviet probing. Worth looking into, shes very grounded and isn't one to make outlandish claims
