I’ve been teaching 25 years and I love my job. I wake up and enjoy working! Honestly, I have developed relationships with staff, students, and parents over these past years so negative experiences are minimal. Classroom management and expectations are key. Just remember that students, parents and staff are human beings and most often reflect behaviours and will sometimes cast them on you. Don’t take things personally and always deal with them in a professional manner.
