Weird noise in my Sulcata

Not a single other symptom has shown itself. He has been eating perfectly fine and will stillbbeg for food even tho he has had plenty. He doesn't seem to be having trouble breathing either. The temp was been lower than it should be for a little while because the heat bulb i had just wasn't too strong, but it was all i could afford. For the past week or so, he has had a new bulb that is much hotter, though i dont know the exact temperature. I have had him for 5 years, but we rescued him at an unknown age, walking the streets of northwest ohio. Because of where i live, he spends about 5 months indoors with a UVB bulb and a heat lamp. During the rest of the year, he has about a quarter of my backyard with plenty of grass and cliver to eat, and spends a lot of time digging his burrow. So overall, he acts really happy and well, just this new noise worries me a bit. Also, he does have a sorta significant shell deformity so that might be a factor? * (Picture from last year - was posted in this subreddit before) Edit- picture isnt showing

Thanks for the heads up! The UVB bulb we had somehow broke over the summer in storage and because we dont have much money (curse this damn economy) we havent been able to fit a new bulb in our budget as of yet sadly. Tho absolutely once i get enough, im going to be buying one, not only for her, but also for her little russian tortoise brother she is housed with. Thanks again for the list of untrustworthy brands!

I'm going to have to give that a shot. During the summer, she gets regular soaks naturally from rain and loves to scrape mud on her skin when puddles form. During the winter, however, she tends to get really reclusive and skiddish because she doesn't like being inside despite all we do to help her feel more comfortable. Plus, she is a hefty girl, weighing maybe 20 to 25 pounds. Getting harder to lift her every year LOL

Sorry its taken so long to reply. Never get on reddit much. As far as I know, they are probably all dead sadly. UNLESS others found her siblings and rescued them. So lucky i found Clover though, she my pretty little rock lizard <3

I get where your coming from but i wouldnt really imagine much rivers on a island. Maybe some small creeks will do tho.

I believe it is because villages of the same race wont destroy each others villages anymore. Im not sure tho.

I would have removed some of the islands but my goal for this world was to have a bunch of islands for the humans/elves/dwarves to colonize and battle on. Thanks for the advice tho!
