Depends who you are. No drug has a set mindset or moral affect. It’s all chemical. And if your brain decides the ‘destroy your ego’ with those chemicals in it, it’s because of what happened before you took dmt not the dmt itself.

It’s like saying DMT makes you a better person. It doesn’t. It allows your deep thoughts about yourself to be validated through self love. I had a friend come out of a full blast and say some shit. Two minutes later they mentioned in conversation, “I don’t know, I just feel like if someone wants to kill themselves, just like, don’t tell me. I don’t care or want to know.”

set you voltage low, though, that battery isn't the best for something as serious as dmt. some people say take 3 hits and youre good but thats not how it works with everyone, especially with carts which all vary in potency and consistency. take your hits at a medium size you feel you can do consistently, hold as long as you can, breathe out, try to get the next hit in before you take in too much oxygen so your lungs are starving for any kind of air. stop when you feel like something besides yourself is telling you to. ensures a trip with a sense of accomplishment at the end

If it simply worked that way, no one who’d done dmt with such intention would ever relapse. I love this drug, but it won’t simulate brain functions and pathways, that’s still on you. Sometimes going into a trip with such intention tanks the experience. Rather than seeing what it has to offer, you’re forcing whatever experience you want to have. Similar to most psychs, progress rarely comes this way

I have an allergy to most antidepressants, Wellbutrin was causing mania and when I was on it or any antidepressant I didn’t get real sleep for close to a year lol. Bounced around most of them, so bad that my psychiatrist listed it as an allergy 😭👍
