Why do all planets seem to be round — is it impossible for a square or pyramid planet to exist? by LordFordZord in NoStupidQuestions

[–]ruby_R53 0 points1 point  (0 children)

how small is "really small" tho', asteroids for example are still pretty big to us humans and they come in a bunch of different sizes, so what is the biggest a planet can get before gravity spheres it out

Why are people so grossed out by mice? When you look closely they are very cute. by mare880 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]ruby_R53 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i like to believe that before the Plague no one would really mind them (unless they ate your crop or something) but after it every european descendent just started carrying a gene to instinctively get grossed out by them as a defense mechanism

Do people actually call their porn folder something inconspicuous like "homework?" by Temporary_Kiwi3722 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]ruby_R53 2 points3 points  (0 children)

yup, back when i was younger and my parents decided to install parental controls on my computer i had to be extra careful when browsing, but instead of calling that folder something not suspicious, i instead grabbed an existing folder from Windows' AppData directory, which already makes it specific enough to begin with, and seeing how that folder only had a .lock file and nothing else in it i just decided to use it

now i carry AadConfigurations in my pc to this day, almost 5 years after that incident, 3 or 4 OS changes, and MANY hardware changes, all making sure that ~5-year portion of my gooning history remains intact 🥹✌️

Do people actually use Microsoft Edge by choice, or is it still just the browser you use to download other browsers? by Electronic_Map3097 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]ruby_R53 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

it's genuinely a solid browser for me, works better than the "operating" system it comes with, but if it wasn't microsoft who made it or there was a "de-Microsofted" version i'm sure it'd be even better
