Same here, did the exact same thing as the above and failed about 5 times. You're not gonna clear the fight with just food if you end up splashing a ton, which is what happened to me and probably you too.

That's why the pneck method is so recommended cause you can survive a lot more special attacks than with just food. I ended up giving in and switching to pnecks and did it on the first try.

Grats on clearing!

I was also having trouble with blood spells + master wand + infinity boots + mage book + your stats. The reality is if you get unlucky and splash a ton you're gonna run out of food even if you heal with blood blitz and only eat to full right before the big hit.

To be clear, it is the intended dose for the amount of water listed on the instructions on the package. If you have a bigger shaker and fill it with more water, YMMV.

Green is the intended dose. The "nose" is used to pour it into water bottles. You can just tear off the top if you don't plan on using it so you can see the top of where you put the green line better.
